An account with our website does not constitute a business relationship, accounts are used to maintain the child's progress on homework and tests.

Our educational process involves the collection of homework or test scores, this information shall be made available to the student, parent and, where applicable, to the child's teacher. This information may be used and shared with third parties for the sole purpose of improving the educational process. Accounts held directly by the child will store an associated email address for the purposes of handling lost passwords and for the notification of fundamental changes in the status of the account. Accounts held indirectly by the child thru the parent or teacher will have stored the parent's or teacher's email address, also for the purpose of handling lost passwords and for the notification of fundamental changes in the status of the account.

User id and password

Viper Software Services strongly suggests that personal information should not be used as part of the username or password. Do not use in full or any part of your name, address, social security number or any other piece of personal information as your user id or password.


Our site does not currently have e-commerce features. However, should such features be added, any credit card and other sensitive financial information will be processed in a secure environment. Financial information collected will be used to bill users for services and/or products.
